During Your Inspection

After Your Inspection

Once we’ve jointly surveyed the residence, we’ll discuss its overall state and systems with you and your representative. Any urgent issues will be communicated promptly for immediate attention. Additionally, we’ll highlight elements requiring ongoing monitoring for delayed upkeep. This information will be comprehensively detailed in our user-friendly Spectora report, provided in both PDF TREC 7-6 and HTML versions. This report will visually depict the discussed items, supplemented with relevant images for your reference.
